1 This appeal is from judgments of the District Court of Comanche County reversing an order of the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission (defendant below) which found and determined that physicians who had entered into contracts with plaintiff corporations were "employees" within the meaning of the Oklahoma Employment Security Act, and as a consequence of such finding were liable for contributions to the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission based upon wages paid them for their services.
